For nearly a year, a group of experienced association leaders have been working to launch a new member organization, PAR. Set to launch in Summer 2020, PAR's mission is to inspire revenue growth for association professionals through knowledge, resources and community. Sean Soth is President of Professionals for Association Revenue, a member organization launching in 2020 to bring associations together and focus on ideas and connections for revenue growth. Sean brings more than 20 years of association management and sales experiences to his role, and an understanding of the unique opportunities association teams have when leading with mission and value for business partnerships.
Sean also serves as President of Hi-Fidelity Group, Inc. a managed sales and marketing firm focused on exhibit and sponsorship sales. As a recognized business development expert, Sean has led multiple sales portfolios in a variety of industries including: life sciences, legal, government contracting, association management, training and development, and healthcare. In these relationships, Sean's teams surpass budget objectives, while launching new program and product development for thousands of clients per year.
Susan has been a business development professional with IFT for 30 years. As IFT's Director of Sales and Business Partnerships, Susan has an expertise in developing and selling integrated marketing programs for B2B including print and digital advertising, sponsorship, exhibit space and membership. She has been a member of the PAR Leadership Advisory Board since it's inception in 2019.
Allyson manages SCRS events and membership, and is a pivotal contributor to both member and GIP strategy. In addition to her executive role, Allyson regularly attends industry meetings and ongoing committee engagement projects with SCRS. She has been a member of the PAR Leadership Advisory Board since it's inception in 2019.
Jay is the Executive Vice President of Global Products for IHRSA, a global commuity of health and fitness professionals in 70 countries. Jay leads IHRSA's research initiatives, which produce industry benchmark publications. As EVP of Global Products, Jay currently oversees the research, publishing, education, convention, trade show, online media marketing, and information technology departments. Over his 30 year career with IHRSA, Jay has presented to industry groups in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Russia, and throughout Europe and the United States. Jay has been a member of the PAR Leadership Advisory Board since 2019.
Carolyn is the Community Manager for PAR. She writes and coordinates PAR's online content and is the moderator for PAR's webcasts. Carolyn has worked in television and digital production for over 15 years and now utilizes her technical and creative background to enhance PAR's production.
